How do I make my booking?

Booking with MiniCab Disney online is easy and should take only two minutes. Select The Pick Up and Drop Off location, dates and the number of persons and follow the link. The link will show you the type of service and the prices. If your destination is not listed we can send you a custom route and full instructions should you wish to book.

How can I find my driver?

At the airport your driver will come in the arrival hall within 20 minutes after the actual landing of your flight and will wait you with the name sign in the arrival hall, just in front of the exit from the customs control zone. At the hotel your driver will be waiting for you in the lobby of the hotel with a name sign containing your name.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

All airport pickups come included with the flight tracking feature. Our drivers work with a mobile application that tracks all of our client’s flights. If your flight is delayed we will already know about it. So, even if you flight arrives late, your driver will still be there waiting for you. If there is a very long delay, we will contact you to work out an alternative solution.
